Welcome to ESSENTE HOME. By using this store or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions, including the Cancellation and Returns Policy in Section 8. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

2. Definitions

“Store”, “we” or “us”: Kholasat Al-Naqa Company, owner of the ESSENTE HOME brand and the online store essentehome.com.
“Customer” or “you”: anyone who browses or orders from the store.
“Order”: any purchase made through the store.
“Products”: home and linen fragrances and any other products offered in the store.
“Law”: the E-Commerce Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/126) and its Implementing Regulations.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older, or order under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, including your name, mobile number and delivery address, and for keeping your account login confidential.
We may suspend any account or cancel any order where false information is provided or the store or its offers are misused.

4. Products and deions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and we may update packaging without changing the product itself.
How a scent is perceived is personal and varies from person to person and room to room. A scent not suiting your taste is not a defect and not a mismatch with its deion.
Colour and scent intensity may vary slightly between production batches due to the nature of fragrance ingredients. This is not a defect.
Products are for household use only, according to the instructions on the packaging.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT where applicable. Delivery fees are shown separately before you confirm your order.
Available payment methods are those shown at checkout, currently including cash on delivery.
If an obvious error appears in a price or product detail, we may cancel the order or contact you to confirm it at the correct price. You may then accept or cancel at no cost.
Discount codes and offers are subject to their own terms, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value.

6. Order confirmation

The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation by email or SMS. We issue an electronic invoice for every order.
We may refuse any order or limit quantities for reasonable grounds, such as stock shortages, suspected misuse or purchases for resale, and will notify you if we do.

7. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the cities and areas shown at checkout through our logistics partner.
Expected delivery time from order confirmation: [Riyadh: 1–3 business days; other cities: 3–7 business days].
If delivery is delayed more than 15 days from order confirmation, or beyond the agreed date, for reasons other than force majeure, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund of what you paid.
You are responsible for a correct address and mobile number and for being available to receive the order. If delivery fails for reasons attributable to you after the courier’s attempts, the order is cancelled, and you pay the re-delivery fee if you ask for it to be resent.
Responsibility for the order passes to you once it is delivered to the address provided.
We recommend checking the outer box on delivery and photographing any visible damage before opening it.

8. Cancellation, returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of fragrance products and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final and products cannot be returned or exchanged, except only in the cases set out in this section.

8.1 Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for any reason, including a change of scent, size or product. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled under Section 8.5.

8.2 Cancelling an order

You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not been handed to the courier, by contacting us at [email protected].
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. They are then handled under Sections 8.3 and 8.4.
If you refuse delivery without a lawful reason, we may require prepayment on your future orders or decline them for cash on delivery.

8.3 Opened or used products

A product cannot be returned if its seal or original wrapping has been broken, its cap or sprayer lock removed, or it has been used even once, including a test spray. Once opened it cannot be resold for health reasons. Not liking the scent is not a ground for return.

8.4 Returning sealed, unused products

Under Article 13 of the Law, you may cancel the contract within 7 days of receiving the product, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

You submit a written return request, only through [email protected], within 7 days of the delivery date recorded by the courier, including your order number and clear photos of the product, its seal and its packaging from all sides. Requests made after this period are not accepted.
The product is in its exact original condition: sealed with its original seal or wrapping intact, unused, with all outer packaging, accessories and any included gifts, and free of writing, stickers or damage.
You do not ship the product before receiving a return reference number from us. Returns arriving without this number are not accepted.
You ship the product at your own cost and risk to our warehouse at [warehouse address, Riyadh] within 5 days of receiving the reference number, using a trackable courier and secure packaging. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged before they reach us.
Bundles and offers can only be returned in full; partial returns are not accepted. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after any discount.
We inspect returns within 5 business days of receipt. If any condition above is not met, the return is rejected and the product is sent back to you at your cost.
The refund covers the product price paid only. The original delivery fee is non-refundable, and you bear the return shipping cost and any return-handling fee charged by our logistics partner, as costs arising from cancellation.
We refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer to a Saudi IBAN in your name.

8.5 Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete item, notify us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos or video showing the problem, the outer box and the shipping label. We recommend filming the unboxing to speed up your claim.
If a defect is hidden and could not be found on delivery, notify us as soon as you discover it.
Keep the product and its packaging as received and do not use it. We may ask to collect it for inspection, at our cost.
Once verified, we will replace the product with the same item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount paid, including delivery.
This does not cover damage from misuse or improper storage, such as exposure to heat or direct sunlight, use contrary to the instructions, or damage occurring after delivery.

8.6 Statutory rights

Nothing in this section affects any consumer rights granted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

9. Product use and safety

Follow the instructions and warnings on the packaging.
Keep products out of reach of children and pets, and away from flames, heat and direct sunlight.
Products are not for use on the body. Avoid contact with eyes and do not swallow.
Before using the linen spray, test it on a hidden area of the fabric.
If you are sensitive to fragrance ingredients, check the ingredients before use.
We are not responsible for damage caused by use contrary to the instructions.

10. Intellectual property

All store content, including the ESSENTE HOME name, logo, images, text and designs, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without our prior written permission.

11. Privacy and data protection

We collect and process your personal data, such as your name, mobile number, address and email, only to fulfil and deliver your order and serve you, in line with the Personal Data Protection Law. We share it only with service providers needed for this, such as the courier and our e-commerce platform. Details are in our [Privacy Policy].

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government decisions or disruption to courier services.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the store, and each order is governed by the terms in force when it was placed.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably through customer service first; failing that, the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce.

16. Language

These terms are issued in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic text prevails.
